年末には窓、ドアがつき、勝手に建物の中に入れなくなりました。仕事帰りに外から建物を眺めていました。
年末年始は記録的な大雪となり、工事の進行具合が気になりましたが、工程通りに工事は進んでいました。
池田監督にも｢大丈夫です｣との言葉を頂き、杵村所長の提案のもと、内装、家具などを決定していきました。
建物は順調に建っていき、リハビリ機械や家具選びを行い始めました。いずれも高い買い物ばかりでしたが、診療が忙しくじっくり考えられないまま、どんどん決めていく状態でした。
スタッフを決め始めたのもこのころからでしたが、病院に夜遅くに来ていただき外来で面接をして決定していました。さすがにスタッフを決めるのはじっくり考え、良いスタッフに来ていただくことができ、喜んでいた1月でした。
