こんにちは。
皆様、ゴールデンウィークはいかがお過ごしでしたでしょうか。
私は琵琶湖を自転車で一周してきました。途中、彦根城や琵琶湖大橋などを観ながら、約160ｋｍを８時間×２日かけて周りました。琵琶湖とはいっても、その場所によって様々な姿をしていました。天気もよく良い旅になりました。
写真はそのときのものです。その後筋肉痛に襲われ、日々の運動の大切さを改めて感じているところです。
私は、リハビリ室におります、理学療法士の萩原と申します。
リハビリ室で、一対一で運動や体操をしたり、他のスタッフと共に牽引や電気治療等のセットをしたりということをしております。
少しでも痛みが和らいだり、身体が動きやすくなったりするよう、できるだけ丁寧に、お一人お一人にあった治療が提供できるよう、努力していくつもりです。

４月開院されてから週２回リハビリに通院してますが、脊柱管狭窄症が、ずいぶん良くなりました、継続してよかったです。
