子供が図鑑でみた｢ハンミョウ｣に興味をもち、本物がみたいと言い出しました。
以前みかけたことのある山に出かけてみました。
記憶に自信がありませんでしたが、たくさんのハンミョウが飛んでいました。
ハンミョウは人が近づくと地面から飛び立ち、数ｍ先の地面に止まる。これをくりかえすので「ミチシルベ」「ミチオシエ」とも呼ばれています。
草むらに入ったりしないため、子供でも捕まえることが出来ました。
きれいな背中の模様をしていて、特に日光があたるときらきらと反射します。
肉食で大きなあごがあり、咬まれると少し痛かったです。
体長は2ｃｍくらいでした。
自分で捕まえることができて喜んでいましたが、想像していたよりも小型だったようで、微妙な感じでした (･ε･｀)
